The ODE Gets ACTIV Charity team has come up with a VIRTUAL 5K Run/Walk this year to benefit Big Family of Michigan. Open Dealer Exchange is committed to giving back to the community and in light of the challenges we have faced with COVID, we have decided to host a VIRTUAL 5K via Run Signup to raise money for Big Family of Michigan. If you haven’t heard of Big Family of Michigan they are an amazing, Michigan based, non-profit organization that supports and serves the needs of foster children, abused children, institutionalized children, and grandchildren being raised by grandparents from infancy through the age of 21. This is an organization that ODE has been committed to throughout the years and we always try to provide them with as much support as we can. Since we began this partnership seven years ago, we’ve donated nearly $50,000 to BFOM in various forms of aid and donations! ODE has been one of BFOM’s largest benefactors in previous years and they count on our support!

The $25 Donation for the race sign up will go directly towards Big Family of Michigan’s Summer Back to school Drive. You are welcome to donate more than the $25 donation if you would like, it will ask you before checking out on run signup website. When checking out there is a small processing fee but only a couple bucks this allows us to processes credit card donations and use the virtual race website.
The ODE Charity team is very grateful for everyone’s participation in the past years with all our events we have put on and look forward to this Virtual 5k Event! Event begins: Monday May 17th at 12:01AM and ends Monday May 31st at 11:59PM EDT.
Your virtual 5K can be completed and submitted at any time during this time period. Feel free to share link with friends and family to sign up. This is a virtual event, the run/walk can completed any place you’d like: track, neighborhood, Gym, treadmill, etc.

We suggest you download the Map My Run by Under Armor phone application to track the distance and time of your run. 5 Kilometers = 3.107 Miles
