The 2022 Safeguards Rule requires the secure, electronic capture and storage of customer non-public information (NPI), which is why we introduced our driver’s license authentication platform – QuickScan, and its integration with digital deal jackets.

QuickDocs is our secure document capture and storage solution that builds on the concept of our QuickScan driver’s license authentication solution, making it easy for dealers to easily text a link to consumers purchasing a vehicle. Once receiving the link, shoppers will be led through the process of scanning relevant verification documents for secure storage in our 700Dealer.com portal. These documents become easily accessible in the portal at any time.

Viewing Captured Documents

To view the documents submitted by a consumer, select the “Applicant List” menu item from the left-hand navigation bar. Simply click on the applicant’s name to view the captured documents.
