Ken Hill

Ken has over 25 years experience in the credit industry, and is the Managing Director for 700Credit. He is responsible for overseeing all areas of the business including: business development, training, product development, sales, marketing and information technology. Prior to joining 700Credit, Ken was the President of MicroBilt – a pioneer in credit, alternative credit and risk management – for seven years. Ken began his career as a computer programmer, programming communications, scoring and analysis programs that utilize credit bureau data. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Fredonia, NY, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, and a Minor in Mathematics.

Susan Burke

Susan is the Vice President of Product & Marketing for 700Credit.  In this role Susan is responsible for setting the marketing and branding direction for all external and client-facing communications, campaigns, web-based and social media presence.  In addition, Susan is responsible for working with clients and affiliate partners to identify new opportunities for product enhancements and for the launch and implementation of new products. Susan began her career as a programmer for Data General (now EMC) and through the years developed a successful and rewarding career in product management.  In 1995 Susan was part of the Java launch team at Sun Microsystems, and went on in 1995-1998 to develop the first web-based car shopping site on the Internet.  Since then she has worked on several digital, mobile and social product lines resulting in millions of dollars in revenue for companies like Accenture, CDK Global and Most recently, Susan co-founded and ran Social2Step LLC, a social media platform that makes it easy and rewarding for companies to engage their employees as social brand advocates. Susan has a Computer Science and Math degree from Michigan State University and graduated Suma Cum Laude from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business with an MBA in International Business.

John Warner

John currently serves as Vice President, National Accounts and Business Development for 700Credit. John’s role is to help enable 700Credit product, services, and workflow through over 80 integration partners, and to maximize the value 700Credit brings to our valued integration partners. Today, virtually every CRM, ILM, Desking Tool, DMS, and auto marketing/sales application offers access to 700Credit’s industry leading credit compliance workflow. John also works with the nation’s leading Dealership Trade Associations. Mr. Warner has held a variety of positions in auto retailing prior to joining 700Credit in 2009, including Dealership General Manager, OEM Zone Manager, and Dealership Profitability Consultant.

Bob Lettis

Bob is currently serving as the VP Strategic Alliances and Business Development. Bob has been in the Automotive industry for 12 years focusing on the Credit Bureau, Compliance and Pre-Screen segments of the industry. Bob has worked closely with Trans Union, Experian and Equifax in developing and growing these related product categories with dealers, dealer groups, affiliates and OEMs. Bob previously worked for Dealer Marketing Services as President of ProCredit Express, with a focus on CBs, Compliance and Pre-Screen related products. Prior to that Bob started in the automotive industry as the VP of Sales with NCC and was instrumental in their use of Credit and Compliance products. Bob graduated from Biscayne University with a BA in Business Management and from Monmouth University with an MBA in Business Management.

Bora Gezer

Bora is the Vice President of Product for Credit and Compliance at 700Credit. He is responsible for product development, release management, training, support, and implementation. Prior to joining 700Credit, Bora was part of TransUnion’s Automotive Division serving as the Sales Engineer for the vertical, with a focus on alternative data and custom solution engineering. Bora has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Illinois at Chicago and Master’s from DePaul University.

Beth Kelly

Beth Kelly is the Senior Manager of Support and Implementation at 700Credit.  Beth has over 25 years of experience managing and creating industry leading teams of employees with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Prior to joining 700Credit, Beth was VP of Client Satisfaction with Digital Air Strike, after spending 16 years with Autobase and Dominion where she held positions including Training Manager, BMW National Accounts Manager, Regional Sales Rep and Director of Marketing Services.   Beth has her B.S. in Telecommunications from Ball State University.  She enjoys cheering on the Indianapolis Colts, traveling, and supporting local animal shelters and rescues. She is also an active member of East Valley Women’s League, an outreach program that helps women and children in the Phoenix Arizona area.  

Nicole Castro

Nicole Castro is the Compliance Manager at 700Credit. She heads up the Compliance Team at 700Credit, and oversees the onboarding of all new credit and compliance customers.   In addition, Nicole and her team ensure to existing customers remain in compliance with the credit bureau and FCRA requirements.  Nicole attend the University of South Florida
