If you are a current customer of 700Credit and you have any questions, we have added a training and education tab to our 700Dealer.com portal. This feature allows dealers to access training materials and best practices for our products.  We keep this information updated with the latest product enhancements and continue to add to the content library. If you are a customer of 700Credit, you can log in to our 700Dealer.com portal at any time, navigate to our Training/Education section to find the answers to many common questions as well as user guides to help you with how our products work including:

How do I sign up with 700Credit?

When can I start pulling reports online?

Once we receive your application, we will review it for compliance and set-up an onsite inspection. Once approved, you will receive your User ID and Password. We strive to get you up and running in as little as 48 hours.

How do I access reports?

If you are using one of our integration partners you will be able to run and view your reports in that platform. You can also log-in and view your reports through the 700Dealer.com portal. Your reports are also stored and available indefinitely in the 700Dealer.com portal.

For credit reports, do I need an account with an existing bureau?

No. We will process your application. Once you’re approved, you’ll receive a unique User ID and Password and you will be able to process credit reports online instantly.

Can I choose which credit bureau I receive my credit reports from?

Yes, dealers have a choice of which bureaus they want to access, including Experian, TransUnion, Equifax and Vantage.

What do I do when I get an OFAC HIT?

If you get an OFAC hit please call our toll free support line at (866) 273-3848 and we will guide you through the process.
