1. Why 700Credit?

2. How do I sign up with 700Credit?

Please fill out our online application or contact our customer service staff at : 1-866-273-3848 or  fax at : 1-866-278-8200.  You can also reach us by e-mail at : support@700Credit.com.

3. When can I start pulling reports online?

Once we receive your application, we will review it for compliance and set-up an onsite inspection.  Once approved, you will receive your User ID and Password.

4. How do I access reports?

You can log-in and run and receive your reports instantly online.  All reports are viewable online.  You can print them using your own printer.  Your reports will be saved automatically and warehoused for free online for future use.

5. For credit reports, do I need an account with an existing bureau?

No.  We will process your application.  Once you’re approved, you’ll receive a unique User ID and Password and you will be able to process credit reports online instantly.

6. Can I choose which credit bureau I receive my credit reports from?

Yes.  Once you have established your User ID and Password, you can use www.700Credit.com to receive reports from the bureaus and data sources you have set up.

7. Do I need anything special to receive a report?


You need to have a computer with Internet access running Microsoft Internet Explorer 5+ or Netscape Navigator 6+.  You will also need a User ID and Password.  In some cases, you may need an Active X Client installed.  You will notice a message directly below the Address Bar stating:  “This website may require the following Active X Client.”  Please install it in order to print your reports.

8. Why do I get the error message “Error Saving Application”?

This is most likely caused whevever the Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer is installed on your PC.  Please remove/disable it before logging into the site.  You can accomplish this by doing the following:  From your Windows Start Button at the bottom of the screen choose “Control Panel" to launch the control panel tool, select "Add or Remove Programs" then scroll the list to select "Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer”, highlight it and then click on the Change/Remove button on the Add/ Remove Program dialog to remove the toolbar program. 9. What do I do when I get an OFAC HIT?

Make sure that the first, middle and last names match identically.  If so, call support toll free at : (866) 273-3848.
